United Way of the Greater Winona Area has three levels of awards that are given to companies, based on employee participation in the campaign:
Mrs. Ward Lucas Gold Award – given to those companies with at least 80% employee participation AND at least $75 per capita (FTE) giving.
Mark W. Kristensen Silver Award – given to those companies with at least 70% employee participation AND at least $50 per capita (FTE) giving.
Campaign Chair Bronze Award – given to those companies with at least 60% employee participation AND at least $35 per capita (FTE) giving.
